It fills gaps up to .008 inches and it locks and seals metal threaded assemblies where high strength is required. It eliminates the need for stocking lock nuts and lock washers as well as protects against thread corrosion.
Dynatex® Red High Strength Threadlocker Gel is a high strength anaerobic threadlocking material, which cures between engaged threads to form a unitized assembly that resists virtually all leakage and shock. It provides a positive seal that resists most fluids and prevents nuts, bolts and other fasteners from loosening due to vibration. Fixture tight in minutes this product is a single component, anaerobic liquid that cures when confined in the absence of air between close fitting metal surfaces. Works in temperatures from -75°F to 300°F (-59°C to 149°C).
