Performing better than tapes, this all-purpose thread sealant that remains pliable after installation. Seals threaded connections for air, oil diesel fuel and hydraulic oil. It can be used on all threaded joints in plastic, aluminum or stainless steel lines, against water, natural gas, LPG, gasoline and others.
Dynatex® Thread Sealant with PTFE is a nontoxic, non-drying thread sealing compound consisting of a blend of non-melting grease, PTFE particles and other inert solid fillers engineered to produce a leak-proof seal. It does not contain lead, graphite, molybdenum disulfide, or clay fillers, it withstands pressures up to 10,000 psi and has a temperature range -65°F to 550°F.
