The abrasive cloth flaps are coated with aluminum oxide and are arranged radially about a resin core which incorporates a ¼” shaft. This delivers a consistent cutting action, maximum performance and a long life while conforming to both flat and contoured surfaces.

Description

Flexovit Aluminum Oxide Coated Flap Wheel features a 1/4″ shank and is ideal for foundry, metal fabrication, mining, nuclear, shipbuilding, structural steel, and wind energy industry. They are particularly appropriate where grinding or polishing work has to be carried out in limited space. They are generally mounted on electrical and pneumatic portable machines or Flexible shaft machines, and operate with a high rotary speed. The wheels may also be used for specialized wet machining applications and may be shaped for special work pieces.
